MMM...Maple Syrup...

I am sitting watching The Doctors, and you know what they just told me? Maple Syrup is good for preventing colds AND wrinkles! It's full of anti-oxidants. Just a couple of tablespoons a day is all you need. Bring on the pancakes!

There are a few stipulations, though. It must be GRADE A maple syrup. Organic would be best. 

Here is the mask that Dr. Ordon recommends once or twice a week:
Anti-aging Maple Syrup Mask
Mix milk, oats, grade a maple syrup together in a bowl.
Apply, and let sit for 10-15 minutes
Try not to eat your face off and enjoy!
